Directions – Compounding of Contraventions under FEMA, 1999 Central Banking and Forex Laws, Regulatory Laws These Directions are applicable on all Authorised Dealer Category – I banks and Authorised bank. Authorised Dealers are advised to take necessary steps to ensure that checks and balances are incorporated in systems relating to dealing with and reporting of foreign exchange transactions so that contraventions of provisions of FEMA, 1999, attributable to the Authorised Dealers do not occur. In this connection, it is reiterated that in terms of Section 11(3) of FEMA, 1999, the Reserve Bank may impose on the authorized person a penalty for contravening any direction given by the Reserve Bank under this Act or failing to file any return as directed by the Reserve Bank. 01-10-2024
Ropes and Cordages (Quality Control) Order, 2024 Central Regulatory Laws This Order shall apply to goods or article specified in column (2) of the Schedule annexed to this Order, but shall not apply to such goods or article meant for export. Articles mentioned in Schedule are as under:

1. Textiles – Manila ropes

2. Fibre ropes- Polyester 3-, 4-, 8- and 12- strand ropes

3. Textiles – Composite synthetic fibre ropes

4. Textiles – Mixed Polyolefin Fibre Ropes

5. Steel wire ropes – Fibre main cores

Indutech (Quality Control) Order, 2024 Central Regulatory Laws This Order shall apply to Textiles – Flat woven webbing slings made of man-made fibres for general services, but shall not apply to such goods or article meant for export. 01-04-2025

Geotextiles (Quality Control) Order, 2024 Central Regulatory Laws This Order shall apply to Geosynthetics — Synthetic Polymer Rope Gabions for Coastal and Waterways Protection but shall not apply to such goods or article meant for export. 01-04-2025
Electrical Appliances for Commercial Dispensing and Vending (Quality Control) Order, 2024 Central Regulatory Laws Electrical appliances for commercial dispensing and vending shall bear Standard Mark under a license from the Bureau as per Scheme-1 of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.

 

Provided that nothing in this order shall apply to goods or articles manufactured domestically for export.

Madhya Pradesh Environment, Health and Safety Laws, Regulatory Laws These Regulations aim to provide mechanisms for procurement, deployment and payment of Ancillary Services at the State level for minimizing state deviation and aid State Load Despatch Centre (SLDC) in maintaining the Grid frequency close to 50 Hz and for relieving congestion in the intra state transmission network, to ensure smooth operation of the power system and safety and security of the State Grid. Madhya Pradesh Electricity Distribution Code (Revision-I), 2024 Madhya Pradesh Environment, Health and Safety Laws, Regulatory Laws The provisions of Distribution Code shall be applicable to all Distribution System users including:

a) Distribution Licensee(s) (including deemed Licensee(s));

b) Open Access Consumers (OAC) connected to Distribution System;

c) Other Distribution Licensee (s) connected to Distribution System not owned by them;

d) Distribution System embedded Generators; and

e) Consumers.

mutandis, apply, with certain modifications as prescribed in the Rules.

Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2024 Delhi Environment, Health and Safety Laws, Regulatory Laws These Regulations shall be applicable for allowing Open Access to electricity generated from green energy sources, as defined herein above, and also to the energy from non-fossil fuel based Municipal Solid Waste-to-Energy or Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) plants for use of Intra-State Transmission System (InSTS) or distribution system or both in the State including Intra-State Transmission System(s) (InSTS) and/or Distribution System (s) which are incidental to Inter-State Transmission of electricity. Haryana Registered Vehicle Scrappage & Recycling Facility Incentive Policy-2024 Haryana Regulatory Laws i. This Policy will be applicable to the State of Haryana.

ii. The Policy shall commence with effect from its date of notification in the official gazette and shall remain in operation for a period of 5 years or till the time the Government decides to discontinue this

scheme, whichever is earlier

iii. All the conditions stated for the Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities (RVSF) mentioned in the Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Rules, 2021 and the Vehicle

Scrappage Policy Haryana will be applicable unless otherwise specified in this document and or as amended from time to time.

iv. All fixed capital investments made after the commencement of this Policy would be considered for the purpose of incentives.

v. All RVSFs as approved by the Transport Department, Haryana and that have gone into commercial operations after notification of this policy shall be eligible for incentives.

vi. This policy is applicable to both new & existing RVSFs and RVS&RF units in Haryana undertaking an expansion/diversification, subject to compliance of the following conditions:

– Units undertaking expansion/ diversification anywhere in ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ blocks on land parcels with valid CLU permission or in Govt. approved Industrial Estates / IMTs;

– Units undertaking an expansion/ diversification, with an additional investment of at least 50% of FCI as on date of initiating expansion/ diversification and commencing production of said expansion/ diversification during the operative period of the policy

– Units undertaking expansion/ diversification will be eligible for availing incentives only once during the policy period.

– Units are not eligible to avail incentives under the same head in this policy if it has been availed/applied under ‘HEEP 2020’ or any other policy issued by the Government of Haryana.

– The cumulative incentives shall be subject to a ceiling of 100% of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI).
