As per notification dated 02.09.2024 (Letter No: EMI/ER-II/2024/979), under the Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959 (Haryana), all private establishments are now required to submit the Biennial Return in Form ER-II to the local Employment Exchange.

The directive mandates that all District Units and Private Establishments of Haryana must complete and submit their ER-II return using the statistical data from the ER-I return for the period ending September 30, 2023.

To help you understand the key details required in Form ER-II, here’s a quick summary:

  • Employers need to provide the name and address of the employer, a brief description of your business, and the total number of employees as of 30.08.2024.
  • Additionally, Employers need to classify employees by occupation and detailed number of men and women in various roles like Engineer, Teacher, Officer, Supervisor, etc., as mentioned in the form ER-II.
  • Moreover, if possible, to include an estimate of any expected vacancies in the next year due to retirement, expansion, or restructuring.

This Return is to be sent to the office by post, by hand or by email at dlegurugram@gmail.com, by 30th September 2024 for Gurugram. The same can be filed with respective authority/department for areas other than Gurugram.

The last date for filling the return is 30th September 2024. 

PS- The biennial return in Form ER II were discontinued w.e.f ,15th Feburary,2016

However this is ondemand compliance for all district of Haryana state.
