By accessing or using the Portal, you:- acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, and all other applicable policies;

- downtime, interruptions, or unavailability

Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
