Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
