CS Garima GoyalThe Delhi Labour Welfare Board has taken a great step forward, keeping in mind current scenario needs while facilitating ease of reporting for employers and establishments covered under Bombay Labour Welfare Fund act,1953 as extended to UT of Delhi, by initiating online services for taking contribution from employers and establishments with effect from 1st July, 2022.

Earlier employers and establishments covered under the Labour Welfare Fund were to deposit all fees and file all reporting in offline mode which was certainly not convenient.

As from 1st July,2022, the online portal of Labour Welfare Board of Delhi via Office Order F.No.DLWB/Online Regn./2020-21/764 is offering services under Labour act, to be hosted on its URL, providing ease of reporting around the clock for users.

Services Offered:-

  1. Online Registration of employer’s establishment as per the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Act,1953 extended to UT of Delhi.
  2. Amendment/Updation in the details of employer’s establishment including the details of number of employees also.
  3. Online Submission/ deposit of employer/employees contribution with details by the employer.
  4. Online Submission/deposit of Unpaid accumulation/ Fine with details of Employees by the employer.
  5. Online closure of employer establishment.
  6. Entry/Uploading of details of employees employed by employer contributing under Delhi Labour Welfare Fund Act.
