Relaxation of additional fees for filing of 13 e-forms during the period of transition from MCA21 V2 to V3
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has opened a one-off window that waives extra fees on thirteen named e-forms while it shifts from MCA21 Version 2 to Version 3.
The move comes ahead of the planned system cut-over set for June 18 to July 13, 2025, during which the forms listed in the official annex will not be accept-ed at all. That upgrade sits within the agencies wider push to modernise its digital backbone and make compliance smoother for users.
To ease the handover, the Department has ruled that any original due date or resubmission window falling between 18 June 2025 and 31 July 2025 (inclusive) will allow submission of these forms without extra charges until 15 August 2025.
Key Highlights:
- Filing Window Affected: June 18 to July 31, 2025
- Forms Covered: 13 specified e-forms
- Relaxation Period: Filings with due/resubmission dates between June 18 and July 31, 2025
